Can I return my order?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. All items must be returned in unused and resalable condition.

All our orders are shipped via tracked carrier services. You should received this via email after your order has dispatched.
If you think there has been a problem, please get in touch and our team will investigate.
Do I have to pay any extra taxes?
Receiving orders
All order from REX are shipped inclusive of taxes and duties. You won't be charged these on arrival.
Returning orders
If you return goods to REX from outside the UK, you may have import duties deducted from your refund balance.
